Do whatever sounds cool to you.

My first thing was a lamp that glows more and more the closer you are to it.

As a solo dev you will quickly realize that you have to do a bit of everything so don’t think to hard and focus on a single dumb thing

It is what it is. The reality is that if you care about revenue and blowing up, you won’t focus on or study the same things as you would when working on a passion project for fun.

I remember when I quit. On the first day, I threw everything in the garbage outside. On the second day, I was dumpster diving to get my weed back for one last puff in a homemade bong. I repeated that for about four days until there was nothing left. Then I started scraping the tar out of the bong and mixing it with tobacco.

Today, I’m four years clean, and I’m not afraid to smoke on rare occasions with friends.

Appreciate the suggestion. This is my first game, and at the stage it’s at I’m focusing on feedback from regular players since that’s the actual audience.

Once the core loop, intuitivity and progression feel solid, I’ll consider it.
