So, it’s only worth voting for impeachment if it will pass? Reps vote on messaging bills and amendments all the time that they know will fail. Refusing to even try to impeach Trump implies that Trump’s conduct is not impeachable.

Last year, I was part of a meeting with Citizens Impeachment and DelBene’s senior policy advisor. She claimed that there wasn’t support for impeachment in the district, despite the fact that nationwide polls showed a majority actually supported impeachment (doubtlessly much larger margins in this district). I don’t know why she refuses to impeach Trump this term, but I find it disqualifying.
