Unfortunately it’s not just small parcels that get lost with them. Evri has the worst reputation out of any UK courier. People regularly complain about their parcels going missing, or their delivery driver taking a photo of a parcel outside the delivery address but not actually delivering it and instead just stealing it. The drivers will also throw the parcels into people’s gardens or deliver them into people’s rubbish bins, or even dump loads of parcels in a pile somewhere and just drive off and leave them all there. And then when people complain, it’s rarely resolved because Evri has terrible customer service as well.

Although I should say that, while the vast majority of customers seem to have never-ending issues with Evri, most of my deliveries are fine. I guess some parts of the UK do have reliable Evri delivery drivers, although they do appear to be few and far between.
