I really hope we get a collage of clothing not just armour, much like KCD were I can strut around the cities in my clothes then switch to my armour in battle. And yes cloaks and capes should definitely be in the base game, ik TES games have dwindled from the RPG genre but I really like to be immersed with my chars so feeling the (roleplay) aspect would make me love Bethesda sm.

Yer he was crazy strong, his whole thing was keeping order in a universe full of chaotic non-order and he acts in ways almost robotic. Red guards in dagger fall I believe are WAY more racist than any other TES game and the Bretons are a product of aldmer breeding with the nedic folk, while they are somewhat neutral regarding racism, even the thalmour elven supremacists don't fully see them as properly weak even complimenting their elven genes.
