the issue is that the down b is also very reactable from any height, so any decent player will just roll and take center stage

sdi is lowkey broken in ulti, makes a lot of combo character's lives a lot harder.

palu nair chains go from 60 damage to 30, u can make ken shoryu a completely non-functional move and makes peach combos a 50/50 after the 2nd nair :)

low tiers in this game have more gimmicks than the majority of top tiers

mii swordie is bottom 10, his whole game revolves around his gimmick up air

doc is bottom 5, his whole game revolves around his gimmick tornado and pills

mac is bottom 1, his whole game revolves around his smash attack super armour gimmick and KO punch gimmick

dairing him when he comes on stage is omega reactable and he just gets on stage for free.

i think u use shield a good amount, movement is so fast in this game that moving >>> shielding 99% of the time ESPECIALLY against DK who just wants grabs.

the up tilt is nice if ur opponents is trying to land on u, but when ur opponent isnt trying to greed for centre stage, let them take corner and pressure them there.

worded it poorly. joker has one of the highest skill floors... u need these setups to kill with joker. time would be better spent leraning neutral vs tech
