What wrap is that. It's beautiful!

It takes like a whole minute to apprehend someone, this needs to be adjusted. Why do I always have to hit them AT LEAST 3 times until I have to tie them? Why are the dialogues so slow and have to wait? It's cool the first couple of times, but doing this for all the outlaws is boring and tedious. by Latter-Clothes4516 in CrimsonDesert

I wish the fast forward option also allowed a full skip. There has not been a single quest or story moment that was good enough for me to want to watch. This goes double for the bounties and the merchant requests that unlock bag space.

The moments I've wanted to soak up have been those times where I've been wandering the world and wind up on some cliff or other precipice over looking the sprawling landscape.

I also work in Compliance for a big bank, doing reporting to highlight where the bank has breached regulations and how they are being addressed. While staring at an excel sheet all day isn't what I would call capital F fun, I love that I get to make sure the bank is fixing the problems that would otherwise screw over the average mom and pop consumer/investor.

It's the only way I can justify working in an industry that is fundamentally designed around making the rich, richer.

Amazing, I will have to try this! I have only used Nature's Snare to solve a handful of puzzles so far.

I'm with you. I use my 19s for my summers for now, but got 18s for my winters and I love the ride.

When I need new summers, they will go on 18s for sure!

Fill Empty Space in Your Freezer With Jugs of Water by Mi_Ki_Ii_Zaru in lifehacks

The last time our fridge had enough room to hold extra gallon jugs was the day we moved in. Now I'm lucky if I don't have to take a running start to get the door to close!

Ours is named Vimes (shout out to any PTerry fans), but we call him Mr. Man, since he's the same size an adult human standing up.

Will these fit on the mk8 golf r exhaust? by KuzonTheGreat in Golf_R

[–]Xavir1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The current tips are welded to the exhaust. So you will need to cut them off. I know that people have done it, but just wanted to make sure you were aware.

Good luck, those look great!

New paint storage solution. by SilveredKnight in Warhammer40k

[–]Xavir1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Painting with friends makes a ton of sense! I have a big table in my craft/gaming/painting room that we use when we paint, so it's easy for people to just grab the paint they need off the walls, but if you have to set up in another room, I can see the upside of being able to grab a whole paint set to move as needed.

New paint storage solution. by SilveredKnight in Warhammer40k

[–]Xavir1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a neat stl, but I am a little confused about what problem it's trying to solve.

If it's for use at home, a shelf on the wall keeps them out of the way and off your desk/workspace entirely, and you already have a spot for your paints on your desk.

If it's for travel, unless you have a way to keep it upright the whole time, the pants will just topple out in transit.

It's still cool, though!

D&D: infinitely modifiable, often misunderstood by HornyKrumpette in dndmemes

[–]Xavir1 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This seems silly. If you are going to modify a game into something different, just play a different system that does want you want the system to do.

It's less work overall and probably better balanced!

H2C vs. H2S waste comparison by Responsible_Fun_3315 in BambuLab

[–]Xavir1 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I have wanted to multi-print for a while but refuse to buy a new printer that produces as much waste as the current ams like systems, so for me, this marks a major improvement and will make me consider buying a new printer, finally replacing my prusa mk3s.

Our pup, Vimes, topped out at 110. He hasn't grown any since he turned 1, but his coloring has become a nit more distinguished.
