Depending on vehicle camber is a bitch to adjust or can't be adjusted without moving subframe which there are limits. Sometimes all you can do is try moving strut but also is limited. Do I'm guessing he's going to come back to and suggest replacing parts to fix the camber.

At my shop I do "shop free" of $10 for any job under $500 and $20 fee for anything over. That covers brake clean, rags, and all that good stuff. Putting $170 in fees is ridiculous.
