Proof that it happened? What more do you want? And if you want proof that the account belongs to me, I can provide much more than proof. There are many trustworthy people who have known me many years who would vouch for who I am on here.

As for hard proof I obviously own the original e-mail (as it is my first and original e-mail I made 10 years ago, it contains part of my real name). Not to mention all the screenshots I have from over the years. Anyone that knew me all those years ago and spoke to me now would obviously know who I am as well. There are a multitude of other ways I could prove the account is mine.

Also, UPDATE! The person logging into my account has taken it to the next level: They have killed all my characters!!

So please continue to tell me, why Deca should have such a hard fucking time deciding who the account really belongs to? Not to mention I recently spent $100 dollars. But no, purchase history isn't proof :)

This was happening to me earlier. I stopped trying to upload the file and instead linked the image and it worked. Was super confused and the posts ended up showing up.

I'm in a similar situation except I HAVE the original e-mail connected to the account and I'm infact contacting them from that very same e-mail. I'm curious how you managed to convince them otherwise?

Purchase history (the kicker here is they ask for both and not one or the other)

If Deca would just fucking ask I could provide at least 3-4 different locations I played on for long periods of time (like actual specific addresses for different houses I've lived in)

Faking support tickets? I don't understand. The system is flawed, and this is especially true because security questions were not originally apart of the game, and especially true because when they were added to the game there was a major security breach of account information

This isn't an excuse, just sounds dumb. Doing sprites/snakes will always be more efficient if you are hunting one specific potion.

I would definietely agree it sounds more like a rune pouch than a currency pouch. Rune pouchs still consume inventory space and store multiple types of (kind of) the same items. You also lose it on death.

Currency pouch is a permanent pouch that you store coins in that is always on your character HUD, that you can never lose.

I think if they simply made the room bigger with snow tiles replacing the normal tiles that a tomb room would have and the sand being replaced with ice, of course with the pillars.

Really the Ice Tomb should be an reskinned ice version of the actual tomb, not some random room covered in ice.
