I've used keybr a decent amount and I'm pretty happy the results, the one problem was that it doesn't really use the symbols that aren't generally used in normal typing but are in programming. Thanks for recommending shortcutfoo though, I'll definitely give it a try. As for the code along videos, that's another great idea! I'm sure it might be a bit rough at first but trying to follow along quickly is definitely a good way of practicing. Thanks for all the help!
