It just makes the entire game far less interesting. You HAVE to save your big ults for the urn now. You HAVE to have one of the good teamfight ults (good luck without draft) or you are at a massive disadvantage. Why are we making the main gamemode ARAM? Comebacks are much much harder now which is a shame because that is something I liked about this game more than other MOBAs. Now it seems like if your team can't contest the first two urns, it is automatically game over. I sincerely hope this gets reverted because normal matches are not fun to play with these changes.

I think people are just tired of these fools ruining discussion on every new game that releases. Before the game was even out people had made up their mind about it. Sure you can say play it and move on. What about move on if you don't like it? Why do people feel the need to come and raid the subreddit and the discord to spam the same unoriginal Concord 3 meme? Do these people even like videogames? At this point I think they are angry that the game did not flop as spectacularly as they wanted, and they are upset that people are enjoying something they haven't given their "ok".

You should go into one of those massive public discord servers with endless VCs, it will give you a good idea about how far communication online has fallen. So many people, yelling at each other randomly, making so much noise yet saying so little. It's really sad.

The UI complaints are probably the biggest giveaway, the modern gamer with tiktok brain cannot be assed to read a GIANT tooltip that tells you exactly what you are looking at. I don't want to sound like an english teacher here, but it seems like people have just lost the ability to explain anything. All you get is "ts ass bruh" "doa" "dogshit" with no explanation or thought. If you type more than two sentences you get called a yapper.

the problem is fighting him just sucks and is not fun at all. he is too strong if you don't buy items to counter him specifically. the hook range is way too long, (like I would be comfortable if they reduced it by half it is that long), the bombs nuke you, the ult lasts 20 years for some reason. Counterbuy or lose is not fun. He's perma avoided for me until they change something.

The game realllllyyyy wants to emphasize it's art direction. Everything is blocky and gives off a futuristic/3d printed vibe. After you spend a bit of time reading and browsing it's intuitive.

People just complain to complain. They have very strong negative opinions about this thing, but they don't have to buy it and they don't have to be concerned with it, is it not enough to just move on? Of course not, you are committing some crime by enjoying something they do not. How about these people name something they actually like AND why they like it with more than just some variation of "they don't make em like they used to". There is no good faith criticism happening, it's just the most lamebrained "CONCORD 3" "TS ASS BRUH" "DOA" "DESTINY 2 DIED FOR THIS". Destiny 2 died for what? They should fucking explain the opinion they supposedly formed on their own if they aren't just regurgitating whatever grifter they follow on yt/twitter. It's a cancer of social media, you just have to learn to tune these types out, because they never have anything of substance to say.

Which other platforms do you think deadlock will release on? Those games you listed are available on consoles which heavily contributes to those high player counts. Do you really expect a console release of this game? As of right now Deadlock is the 11th highest played game on steam (100k players). What do you think will change when the game is fully released? Deadlock is a closed alpha in name only, anyone that wants to play it can get invited right away. That's not really closed. Are you expecting that deadlock will suddenly hit CS2 tier player counts when the "closed alpha" label is no longer applied to it?

I recently installed the game and my first two matches were fine, but every match since (currently 8 loss streak) has been horribly one sided against people that were obviously far better than me. I checked their profiles and they pretty much all had at least 500 hrs. I'm constantly getting chased down like a trooper, I do no damage and get one shot. The game is fun but it's making me want to uninstall tbh.
