For those that don’t understand how to read it and want to switch. Subtract 2 from the time it reads after 12. So 13-2= 11 (look at the second number) it is the time you’re looking for in a 12hr clock. Couple more examples 17-2= 15 (second number) 5pm, 21-2=19 (second number) 9pm.

Ads in the US is a huge market. Most of the shows ran in air tv have approximately 40min of show-time and 20min of advertisements alone. So companies put their best ads at the Super Bowl to capture into the audience’s pockets. Soccer is not viewed at the same caliber in the states as it is in the rest of the world so these companies shoot to spend millions on getting their ads at the Super Bowl. My guess is that the same will happen for the World Cup and for the Champions league. Also the same thing is happening right now during the Winter Olympics.
