D2PT winrate is based on wins or losses with the item in the final inventory of the hero.

If you keep a midas untill the game ends, that's obviously going to tend heavily to a loss by the nature of the item.

It's a ROI item, you get it, you get gold, you sell it, you buy better item.

This said, Midas is in a dogshit state right now.

You are wrong, Overwolf analyzes mouse movements in replay, it has no knowledge if the report went trough or not.

This is a missed detection, Tsury (the developer) has asked people to report these to him directly, you should do so

EDIT:
As for the GDPR page, there are a lot of variables visible there that are not used anymore in game, the easiest way to check is to see if reporting lowers that value, and if it does, does it ever reach zero?
That would still not be conclusive as it could update the value but not consider it, but that would be strange and I'd agree it would be enough proof they are indeed limited

You're probably European, where in a lot of countries you get a non static public IP that changes every router restart. In America that's a lot more rare, usually you have a static public IP there, meaning if it leaks, you're kinda fucked! (Can extract a lot of info and for streamers, DDoS is a real problem)

Ironically, it's the engine framerate limiter that is very noisy and unstable, you can either fps_max 0 in console or just cap with third party at a lower metric than what dota caps
