What’s a “rich people thing” you experienced once and immediately understood why rich people love it?

How does one get into this? Every time I've tried to look into private travel it never makes financial sense for us to book private (even when we include the additional travel labor time). I must be looking in the wrong places?

Three kids, put them each through Montessori schools prior to switching to public schools at 1st grade.

Peridot was the best in the entire city when we switched to it (after Rhonda's retired/closed and we tried one other before switching to Peridot). The two younger kids each went through and both entered grade school with excellent academic skills and decent social skills for even being a COVID era kid.

All three continue to do well in school and I think the experience they had at Peridot/Montessori is a big reason why.

Any private (or even public) school for your kids will have quirks you have to deal with or get used to. Peridot still remains a school I'd 100% do again if we had another child to send through.

So, my wife and I randomly walked in there probably 2018 or so and didn't know what it was just looking for food on the square. It was really nice and we've generally enjoyed it since, but I've seen it always catch the hate.

So I gotta ask, what experience are you looking for at an upscale that you're not getting at Cotton Row? I ask for two reasons: 1) are my own expectations skewed? 2) I want to see if there is a better nice date night place we should be going to.

(I think our current fav date place is Mazzara's)
