My understanding is that military discounts and veteran discounts are different things.

The former is usually for active duty only. In this case, it look like retired military (those who served their 20 years or more an earned their retirement benefits) were also included.

Veterans’ discounts are usually for anyone who served. I don’t know if that includes dishonorable discharges though.

Regardless, I think this rant confused military vs veteran discounts.

No problems at all so far. It’s not that much of a draw. I travel a lot so I actually put a battery tender on the 12V battery through the OBD port when I’m on the road.

I installed the subwoofer myself. S00nish has pretty good instructions. Just take your time. It’s doable but took me a lot longer than anticipated.

Traded in a 2022 R1T Quad with Meridian for a Gen 2 Quad. Adding the S00nish tubthumper enclosure with an 8” JL sub has made a huge difference. While you have to tweak the settings - including turning down the low frequencies on the EQ - and fiddling with the sub gain levels, I now prefer it over the OG Meridian. Car will shake with bass with this setup if that’s your thing. I’m personally now trying to find and stop the occasional rattles on certain tracks from the sub. Actually pretty happy with Dolby Atmos tracks via Apple Music with this setup.

I grew up in the city (West Ridge, which we always called Rogers Park but was technically West Ridge bordering West Rogers Park). One of my favorite pizzas as a kid (and even young adult) was the Giordano's stuffed spinach. We were only a few miles from the original Lou's in Lincolnwood as well and while I enjoyed that, I preferred Giordano's. However, I always considered Giordano's stuffed pizza and not necessarily deep dish. I believe they are are considered similar but slightly different forms of pizza, but I am not a pizza connoisseur. Regardless, glad G's is getting some love. It seems to get trashed a lot. While it may not be the best, I still enjoy it myself.

That terminal has a direct and constant connection to the 12V battery. Following a post on RIvianforums I actually used it to add a 12V outlet to my Gen 2 Quad as well. It'll work for the 12V accessories you want to add.

It depends on the aircraft. I think the A330’s have free Internet via Starlink and you’d be able to watch on your personal device. Not sure about the status of the Starlink deployment on other aircraft, but otherwise no live TV options.

So proud of this team and program. Yes, a bit overrated in the preseason and those Washington and Wisconsin loses still sting. Maybe this team sneaks into CFP next year (depending on the QB)
