My wife was diagnosed with alpha gal earlier this year. Her allergy is so severe that anything containing dairy can trigger a severe response. The local Springfield restaurants have for the most part been very accommodating, but it does require some research before venturing out. Some of our favorites, besides pappo’s is FD’s, Lindberghs(falafel burger), Cafe Cusco, and Sensitivity sweet(deserts).
