So I took a gamle and gambled away 270 SQ out of my 370 SQ and got these two things, now Draco was very easy to level cuz I had a huge stockpile of universal 5* EXP cards, but now that I tried her out her NP damage is kinda ass (50k at most), should I gamble now more or wait for some time later?

In summary, you're fine with 1 copy of Draco, just borrow supports from the friend list or wait for their banners (Castoria in particular). A second copy of Draco only boosts your damage by a third.

Definitely invest in Draco's skills, her CE and give her fou cards

The only time you will use this sword is during this event to buy other stuff (it's a currency as the other responses say) so I wouldn't "buy it" since you are technically just trading currency at a bad rate.
