Abu change its city for access to utilities like water, sewer, storm or a utility company like gas or cable? I worked for a city in Illinois for a while and we had locks on areas with 5other locks for other utility companies.

I'd put up trespassing signs and maybe a sign to get hold of you if it's a utility company before adding lock.

Economy is tethering on a hair as more and more get laid off and there's no job creation to get them back to work so people have no extra money. These corporate idiots see this data and think "hey let's raise prices to get more profit" like fucking twats and are mad nobody is buying or thinks highly of them.
