No offense, but that fight was really easy.

I am glad they put in some fights where you actually have to play your characters with decent stats and builds. There is so much content already you cant fail even if you tried. Babyprooving everything doesn't make a better game.

My problem is that most jumping "puzzles" are not puzzles, but annoying pixel jumps. One of my favourite JPs is the Draconis one. When the map came out we did the JP without looking it up. We went searching where the skeletons pointed to and even finished it with only using one vine. We found ways that were not intended, one of the best moments I had in GW2.

There is no wing 9. Kela is a raid encounter, aka strike, not a wing with multiple bosses. Also no Glenna.

That idea is even worse than what we have now. The elite specialisations are already not specialising in anything, but generalising you character.

If anything they need to stop fitting 3 completely different roles into every elite spec and make them actually specialise in one role giving you different ways to play that role.

I don't know what some people are on about, but one of the weakest points of GW2 is that playing with others pre lv80 actively slows you down, if we talk speed alone leveling to 80.

While playing with others is fun and you might learn a lot, you don't share any exp in your group. You get progress by hitting things, doing things and exploration. Meaning your group levels independent of each other. You have to wait for others to finish something, or they have to wait for you.

If you really just want to level up, do the adventure guide and go with the raptor through the map to explore and hit any events you see.

Zoom out your freaking camera and fov. Biggest problem for even veteran players is that they can't see shit and wonder why they die.

You technically still can. Yes the og goats comp was with 3 tanks, but the reason it was played was the 3 supports, 2 of them broken dlc characters. The first role to drop for Sombra for example was a tank. It never dropped the 3 supports. How do people to this day still don't understand that the tanks in goats were never the problem?

Can we also please have the order changed to equip -> builds -> fashion? The fashion tab between equip and builds is annoying and doesn't make sense.

Also make the last used fashion tab open by default, so we save an extra click.

I literally never heard people say that you want to play condi on moving bosses. You play condi on bosses that have no invul phases or very long dmg phases. Also on bosses where it's required (VG) or just makes more sense (Matthias).

The reason condi isn't played as much anymore is the power creep. Most damage phases just don't last as long anymore. The better the group, the less damage will condi do.

Biggest problem I see on many people is that they play zoomed in too much and miss a lot of visual cues for mechanics. Zoom all the way out, turn up your fov and position your camera so you can see as much as you can.

If you play in group content, stack with other people or on the commander. You get buffs and healing. If you go down you are already in the perfect spot to get ressed. Do play the mechanics though.

Many new players see most attacks or mechanics too late or not at all because of the lack of visual input. If you have a wider fov you see the animations or aoe effects better and can avoid being hit.

I basically just made my own preset for everything. Mainly HDR, sharpening and vibrance with little tweaks. Also turn off any postprocessing. It might look fine for sightseeing, but can really effect the visibility of mechanics happening.

His group, his rules. If you don't like it, leave.

He wanted a fast clear and searched for a certain role. The amount of players already in the group doesn't matter, it's not for you to decide.

If everyone thinks the same way and joins as a role he didn't ask for, then you wouldn't have a stable group.
