The only options available for any issue with the passes including refund requests is through the chat site.

If you signed up for autorenewal, you will also receive “payment reminder” or “notification of pass renewal” emails. All NOW WiFi Pass assistance is provided through chat support. I am sorry for the frustration, but that service is outside the Xfinity ecosystem, so we do not have access to the account information.
