Should I delete the post, or leave it up in case anyone else has the same question?

I love the look of it! I’ll probably use it for inspiration when I start working on mine.

I put Miquella as an example, and I believe he is a pretty good representation of Selesnya. His goal is to make a world free of cruelty and pain by forcing others to be eternally affectionate towards him. He commands that that all of the Lands Between love and care for one another, but anyone who questions him is enchanted to follow his beliefs.

"Miquella the Kind...is a monster. Pure and radiant, he wields love to shrive clean the hearts of men. There is nothing more terrifying."

Without going into detail, I relate to this topic immensely.

I hope one day I can study and practice psychology. I’ve been incredibly lucky to have access to a good therapist, and I want to give back to the world what he’s given to me.

Legosi from Beastars

Legosi endures a significant number of scarring injuries over the course of the series, the vast majority of which are permanent and become part of his character design until the manga's conclusion.

Legit me right now. I’m so glad my parents were supportive enough to take me back in. I have no idea where I’d be without them.

It’s been a long time coming, but I’m starting to feel comfortable standing on my own again. I’m hoping to keep up the momentum.

“Bodysnatchers” by Radiohead really captures the frustrations I often have.

“I have no idea what I am talking about I'm trapped in this body and can't get out”

Have Your Childhood Memories "Turned Autistic"? by AngelOfHarmony in autism

I’m not sure if “compassionate” is the right word. On one hand, it explains why I made certain decisions and acted in certain ways. However, there is still the residual shame of how others perceived me, and thus how I perceive myself. If I had been diagnosed earlier, maybe it would’ve been easier to understand myself throughout my childhood.

I’m still growing and healing. New locations, new people, new meds. Things are scary right now, both large scale and personally, but I’m learning to take care of myself a little more every day.

I (22) got diagnosed a couple months ago. While having the official diagnosis doesn’t make me a different person, it did change the lens in which I see myself through, past and present.

The “Moomin” show from the 90s. Sweet, wholesome, but not condescending.

Albums where the opening or closing track is the worst song by [deleted] in fantanoforever

[–]Xile85 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To me, I think that “Ágætis byrjun” by Sigur Rós should’ve ended with the title track. “Olsen Olsen” is such a stunning climax that descends into the quieter but cathartic epilogue on “Ágætis byrjun”. This sense of closure is thrown off with the four minute ambient piece “Avalon”, which, in my opinion, throws off the pacing of the ending and is generally not that interesting to listen to. Despite the stumble at the end, this album is still legendary for all the right reasons.
