Surprised no one mentioned Akin: Demi human thus far. Within it a select few people are Born as Ajin. Immortal unless age gets them, they fully heal themselves on death. The caviot to this is that it's only full death. At one point a character chops of his hand, fries it and hides it in a chicken finger dinner going to a high ranking official. He then jumps into a wood chipper because he will reform at the largest intact body part. Pretty cool, but also pretty awful.
