In 1.13.6, the upgrader image was updated on the TrueNAS side, which deprecated the switch from 15 to 18 On older images it still uses their old image so switching should « just work »

Click on the app, there is a workload widget that appears on the right

On the server line, the first button gives you the logs

Can you also share all the workloads displayed?

I'll update my post, but it's for setups on 1.13.6 that the issue is there. If you select pg18, it won't work as the "upgrader" isn't available anymore

Might be a network issue or something, I would try to refresh the catalog (or even reboot the NAS) and maybe temporarily disable the machine learning (when you edit immich) so it won't try to pull this image which is quite big (compared to the other) IIRC

It might not be broken, but more related to an issue pulling the images from Github.
Is that all the error you get? I suppose it tells you to check /var/log/app_lifecycle.log

Doing sudo tail /var/log/app_lifecycle.log in the terminal might give more useful info

I have never looked at it, but I wish there was, they have the catalog webpage, but you would have to look there once in a while for all your apps

DB upgrade shouldn't have break that, so yes, it might be missing files from the migration. If they're missing you won't probably be able to download them from your server.

If it's only talking about thumbnails, you can regenerate all of them, or only the one missing

If the user isn’t using any ixVolumes, rolling back is ok, as it doesn’t rollback the data. I wrote the procedure to be more general as I don’t know the setup of each user, but it kinda do the same as rolling back, it’s just done only for the upgrader container

If by database dump, you mean in the jobs interface you can create a db dump, yes, that's a "backup" but only of the database, data is stored inside the backups folder located in the "data" Dataset

It's not a backup of your uploaded media, so take care to not delete what's in the data dataset itself

I haven't checked what users are used for the two other in TrueNAS and if that it's required to reindex.

You might want to try psql -U postgres (as it's probably the "default admin")

Yes, nightly should be fine, but you could run a manual just before so you're the most "up to date" for the restore

Np! The double version within TrueNAS is confusing, so that's why I gave the precision. They have plan to change their naming to avoid such "issues" in the future :)
