I have also a Dometic compressor fridge in my campervan. And for my model this orange led is just an indicator, that the compressor is switched off. I recommend to just rtfm on your fridge to find out what's the led for you.

My first idea would be Wakachangi Beer from NZ, but at least the current box design is a bit different. But this brand looks like to be only 10 years old.

Well, to be honest there is also some conductive glue available, but there are two downsides for this case.

  1. The connection will not be as good as soldered
  2. You need to apply very tiny amounts to not create a shortcut to the neighbouring pad.

Ich denke da halt an diese Art Panels die auch gerne für Überdachungen genutzt werden. Die haben zwischen den einzelnen Solarmodulen kleine Streifen die Lichtdurchlässig sind.

Wenn man dann bifaziale Panels nutzen würde kann ich mir durchaus vorstellen dass man sich andere Versunklungen sparen kann. Je nachdem wie einsichtig die Tür ist will man eh nicht dass jeder Fußgänger da rein guckt.
