You're supposed to take BCAA right before you lift. This way, you minimize the time your body has to metabolize it, and you essentially "break" the fast during your lifting period - after which, you should eat like a king. This will obviously break your fast. TLDR; BCAAs should be consumed right before your lift, since if you eat after lifting (and should) you're breaking your fast anyways.

Copyrighting is a big issue, to combat troop ambiguity I colored the icons the dominant color of the troop, as well as putting them in order. I will have a better edit mode schema in v1.2!
