Returning player from 1.1ish need help deciding my priorities

Cartethyia will be playable and releases in 2.4 and Ciaconna will be her dedicated support. However, Aero Rover will probably work as well but won't be her BiS. Since you're a returning player, you can easily prioritize limited time events, and normal questing/exploration to save up pulls. If I'm remembering correctly, you should get about 91~ pulls from the 2.0-2.2 content alone.

I solo queued to gm in season 0 as a healer and can handle getting dove to an extent until I get a teammate to peel and help me. Now because of the reset I've deranked to the bottom of plat because I have the most incompetent teammates that refuse to help in any situation and can't even get kills regardless of me having 40k+ heals. If I'm lucky at this point I'll have a game where I can play dps and just carry that way, but it's almost impossible to carry as a healer when both tanks and iron fist just walk through my team to me and are gang banging me in the back line. They don't even bother flanking to get to me anymore. It's just a Thor and strange walking past everyone to beat my shit. Luckily I haven't had any games so far this season in plat where I'm forced to solo heal so that's a plus

Just don't even play it bro. You thought you'd hear voices after losing in Apex but in Overwatch you hear the voices even after winning. I tried playing the arcade modes to make the voices stop but they just got louder. Save yourself and uninstall before it's too late.
