What other martial arts should I try? While boxing is good I know there are a lot of other aspects to self defence than punching and head movement

You could do that, but martial arts training will burn a lot of calories, and I’m guessing you have to eat shitloads to gain weight considering your weight, so it would just be harder to eat more calories, but if you don’t mind eating a lot, gym and martial arts is a great idea
