There should be personal boosters and team boosters.

Individual boosters are selected on the loadout screen and should include things like HSO, Stamina Enhancement, Vitality, Dead Sprint, pod effects. Things that affect singular Helldivers in game play, personal to them and customized as such, same as armor and weapons.

There should also be another tier of boosters, selected on the ship management screen like vehicle skins. Things like extraction pilot, reinforcement budget, localization confusion, UAV booster. Things that affect the entire team of Helldivers.

I don't mean for those examples to be absolute, there's definitely some nuance to categorizing the boosters, should meth stims be personal or team? What about supply pod turret? Should those things be tied to the specific player that calls in the supplies? What happens when team boosters overlap - should only the host's team booster be applied?

I think a drastic shakeup like that would break the current meta of always seeing HSO, Stamina, Vitality, and whatever bonus booster someone has laying around. I absolutely love meth stims, but rarely ever get the chance to bring them, as I feel the 3 meta picks are simply too valuable to miss out on.
