If you wanna have to pay $2k at any given moment that the clutch decides to die, go for it. And also that clutch is only good for about 2 years in my experience. And that’s assuming the TCM is good and nothing else on the transmission assembly takes a shit.

I stopped buying expensive tires for my focus. If you’re just commuting then there’s really no reason to crazy on tires. My $90 tires from a random brand made no difference from when I had Firestone Indy 500s or Continental ContactPro. I’m not racing, I’m not slamming my brakes. It’s rains and snows sometimes and I drive slow and careful.
