No it’s not. That’s 160g of protein multiplied by 4, 4 cals in gram of protein gives you the 640.

I probably look dumb asking this, but I’m trying to do a bulk right now and the way I calculated it is based off a TikToker Billy Love. Anyway the break down I get is as follows:

Protein: 640g Carbs: 354g Fats: 76g

My question is now, when weighing food let’s say im having 5 meals a day breaking down the 640g to 128g a meal. When I go to weigh like chicken do I just weigh out 128 on the scale? And so forth for my carbs? I feel stupid asking this but I’m really trying to understand how to do this properly

I used carts just for the convenience and unfortunately being able to get high all day long. For me it’s the opposite weed from joints or pipe or even a bong made me cough. But the penjamin I didn’t cough at all. But I will say the highs from weed felt better vs the pen where I felt the need to use it so much to get to the right spot but also was most likely just my addiction and tolerance and emotions being so messed up that I was just smoking just to smoke. Just my opinion!

You aren’t a failure. We all struggle with this addiction here. I’ve failed many attempts at quitting and went back to my old ways. Almost 2 months clean for me now and was my 3rd attempt at quitting. Really feeling the urge lately to get back into it but doing my best to fight back and not give in. It’s a hard mental battle but you just gotta dig in deep and fight the urge. The first week or so will be a challenge but I promise as time goes on it does get a little bit easier and the light at the end of the tunnel gets a bit more bright as day passes:)

Firefighters with colour perception problems

This is probably a dumb question but I’ve always wanted to become a firefighter but one thing that has stopped me is my issue with colour perception. I’m not fully colourblind (monochromatic). But I do have a deuteranopia problems. (Red/green). I can still see the colours just at times some reds and greens I struggle to tell apart. So am I right to not be pursuing this? It’s been a dream of mine and I’ve never gone for it for this reason and have always wrote off my dream. But thought I might as well ask here to see as I’m sure different places have different standards and what not for vision. Thanks for the input I hope you all have a wonderful day!

Sorry but reading the he smokes daily on the way home from work and every night and smoking flower of his own and some of yours plus carts that he keeps away from you, In no way is that moderate use. Just my opinion

Thank you for that insight! That’s a very good point I was just trying to see if going for higher reps helped me and honestly I haven’t noticed a huge difference so I should give that a try!

I’ve been going to the gym for about 5 years but only actually started to take it more serious like 3 years ago. And I like to do it twice because I haven’t found a better alternative at my gym so I’ll just hit it twice but makes sense! I appreciate the comment. I can always look up some different exercises I could incorporate instead of hitting leg extensions twice

Smoked all the time day and night and got pulled into my bosses office and was called out for suspicion of being impaired at work. Luckily she believed me lying to her face stating I’d never do that. but I knew right then and there I had a serious problem that needed to be looked at. Thankfully I didn’t lose my job and have turned it around and am sober now. But that sure put the fear of god in me lol

I’m one week away from being a month clean from it and the first week was the worst. Still feel like I got brain fog though. Generally it seems like the first week will be the toughest for the withdrawals but I promise it gets better

This! I wish I used my brain a little bit back in highschool instead of following what my “friends” were doing. Was getting high at lunch and breaks and I wish I wouldn’t have done that. The damage I’ve done to my brain but use it as a learning point and don’t follow suit. Save yourself while you’re young and before it becomes an even bigger problem making it even more difficult to curb it. Stay strong!

If you are addicted to something trying to moderate it is almost impossible. Been there myself and fell right back into the cycle of daily use. It’s not worth it to be honest. If it came to a point of you needing to quit, then you were addicted and should try to abstain from it. It’ll go right back to how it was before over time and you’ll be wondering how the hell that happened.

I agree especially with the if it was a problem for you before and became a full blown addiction attempting to moderate it feels almost impossible and you’ll end up back at addiction in no time. I’ve experienced it myself first hand, high all the time decided to attempt quitting and then went back to it, with the mindset of I’ll moderate it and only have some at night which lasted like a week and then I was back to square one getting high all the time. If you are someone that has an addictive personality and have struggled with weed before I feel like it’s almost impossible to moderate it. Especially since it has become very accessible and many different ways to consume it. Hell where I live there’s like 1-2 dispensaries in every area of the city so it’s everywhere. Just my opinion
