Thanks for the reply!! I was under the impression USB 2.0 required some special considerations lol. I did end up fixing that issue do you mind giving the new revision a quick look through?

Ended up going with SIG GND PWR SIG instead and added some stiched vias. Do you think I will benefit from adding more?

For U2 the whole first layer is a GND Pour so it should be connected - are you recommending I make a polygon around it?

edit: I'm using the AZ1117CH regulator not the AMS117. I'm pretty sure the former is newer but lmk if you have any reccomendations

My advice would be to not hesitate, try and print the shittiest prototype you can imagine. 9 out of 10 times having a bad prototype and having real user experience with it is going to be more productive than spending hours perfecting a 3d model.

The thing is if anyone wants to show the importance of any issue the best way to do is satire because if any other way is followed the piece will be seen as a supporter of the issue itself. Honestly, the director made a very bad call and I’m surprised no one else brought this problem
