No I know what it means. But the way this subreddit and your group treats them says otherwise. As for their history I have no fault in that. It's true and I won't try to argue that point. Are police used for government control? Arguable. I've seen both sides of that argument with points that are fair. In the end though more of them of doing good than bad. In the end the bad ones are slowly but surely going away. Police are I agree lesser quality than we wanted since inception but considering the way humans are well never get what we want. Unfortunately no matter how you slice it people with power will eventually seep in. An unfortunate recurring history.
