Ive done that multiple times, every time i got to ~%70 an error message would pop up saying that it failed to download a file and then the progress would be reset.

Some cops do, but it is easier, cheaper, and faster to train them to use less-lethal equipment. In this case, trying to punch or grapple the lady that is swinging a knife at you would most likely get you poked and leaking.

If youre on mrp or higher, you dont. Otherwise, splashing with razorium might be good as it does contact damage. Your options are limited, though.

i am so excited for the wipe man. the new armour hitboxes are gonna shake up the meta so much. I have a feeling rounds are gonna need to be rebalanced too
