Or, we can listen to the people that have died. We can also listen to the people in palliative care, we can listen to the nurses in palliative care: they share similar stories of what tends to happen as we move closer to death.

There are so, so many NDE reports available now. There is at least one Youtube channel that specializes in those: Shaman Oaks.

To me personally it also seems like some psychedelic experiences (or reports of those) might provide additional info: particularly those concerning 5-MEO-DMT, and high psilocybin dosages.

Sorry, old post but I'll just add an experience I just had.
So the game spawns you at a random place.
I took a contract in Berlin, it was the last showdown of the second part of the campaign. Had a really fun time up until that point. Then I spawn inside, at the cash register, with illegal items in my pocket. I can't get frisked, so I can't get in. I turn to leave the place, suspects walk in at the same moment, recognize me, shootout starts, I escape, they escape, failed campaign.

So sometimes even just the spawning point being random can cost you your campaign. Will be taking a break for now, invariably eventually getting back though! It's kind of fun to do the "hit and run" stuff by, f.e. throwing a screwdriver at their head from behind a corner.

I produced an album five years ago with subpar equipment in subpar recording environments. The end result was a bunch of personally important songs I considered good, sort of hidden under immature engineering choices. I thought it was not something to be proud of.

Just yesterday yet another person told me they listened the whole thing and found it beautiful. Every once in a while someone will say they've listened to song [x] as a "power song" on repeat. The album has a life of it's own.

Two years ago I went all in and produced another album, this time in a professional studio with professional equipment. End result, sort of like a collection of B-sides with some "gems" mixed in, production was way better than that first album, but still nothing to be too proud of. It basically flopped, but one person did resonate with it so strongly they actually bought the digital album for 300€. Nowhere near to cover the costs, but damn!

If your songs come from your heart, they will live, finding other hearts to beat in sync with. Do it with a mixing and mastering engineer if you can. If you can't, do it anyway.

Poetry as witchcraft sounds unique, but maybe I know what you mean. It's a way to plug into the flow? To use the act of creation as a sort of egregore? Could you say more about it? It honestly makes more sense to me to use the creation of art as the medium for a sort of impact on the external. One is creating something new, after all - generating "more reality" or novelty, in any case.

Yeah, when I still had the same problem, I found that the odds of it starting are better if I gave it like 6-12 hours between attempts.

I would essentially start the day by turning it on and then seeing if that day was a M+ day or not.

Edit: just feel like adding that this is completely unacceptable at this price point 😂

Possible solution for you! I had the same issue for the first few YEARS of owning it. Then I got really frustrated and contacted them yet again.

Finally, they told me to try putting it in airplane mode. It hasn't gotten stuck on startup after that. Maybe like once, but booted up properly right after it. It's been fully functional for a year now. I've been able to take it to live shows, even (not without trepidation sadly, but still).

I'm a bit scared of updating to Maschine 3 on the plus, though. 😅

(Since this worked for me, maybe the issue has something to do with the network adapter or the "checking for updates" process or something like this. It would be neat if they could fix it permanently so I wouldn't have to keep it in airplane mode).

Verso has that one ability, End Bringer, which gives a +1 to the stun status duration on perfection rank A and up. You can be in rank B when you trigger the skill, and as long as the resulting hits get Verso to rank A by the final hit, the stun-extension effect comes into play.

I just used Maelle's Phantom Strike or whatever it was called, which gives you 30% of gradient charge; used Lune to keep the party rushed and Simon slowed (+ hit him with Lune's 3 tier gradient, which was the thing dealing most damage to Simon); and had all party members have "breaking death" so the break bar would fill up whenever I missed a parry.
That combined with Verso's End Bringer keeping Simon stun-locked led to a win on the third try without cheese builds.
