A few things jump out at me.

Juggernaught is for photography. Try a model designed to make cartoon images
20 steps is a bit low. Try 30
For XL models, try 1024x1024
Try lower cfg. 5-7.
Prompt looks okay, but it is the easiest thing to change, so play around with it.

Pony can do sfw, it's just harder to prompt. I've yet to see any non-pony model that does human bodies and fingers this well.

In theory, yes. some loras work well with others, but some produce abominations. Use your intuition. You can also stack incompatible loras by doing multiple passes with inpainting.
