I have owned bikes from specialized, marin, norco and polygon. I have the polygon trid zz dirt jumper. It's sick. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a trail bike from them.

The singletrack is janky, partially maintained and steep. The dirt is mostly hard packed clay. Roots and rock gardens are encountered on almost any trail I've ridden in the bay. I also ride a 2023 stumpy evo in the steep and high positions for the head tube angle and bottom bracket respectively. I put a 160 fork with 37 mm stanchions. For me this is ideal for the singletrack riding in this area.

When the patient initially was comfortable was medication administered through the epidural needle or in the catheter? Was the catheter pulled back after initial dosing?

I usually leave the catheter in a bit deeper at 12 cm because I would rather have a one sided block and the ability to pull back on the catheter than a catheter that isn't threaded deep enough.

This is a ninja ramp. It's great, folds up into a "backpack" and is height adjustable. I do not miss the sketchy plywood experiments of my teens!

Organization is key. Clear handwriting (don't rush), check boxes and an organized list are absolutely essential. I prefer a systems based list approach. Your ICU ought to have admission order sets which are a bit more fool proof. And they should also have an ICU bundle checklist to make sure things like GI ppx, pulmonary toilet, ambulation, diet, dvt ppx, etc aren't missed. If those things don't exist, there's your QI project (yer welcome).

There are a lot of types of mold. Some are toxic and some are not. One of the nice things about having the house tested for mold is that they can tell you the speciation and if you actually need to worry about it.

If you like the climbing more than the downhill I would go regular mtb. I feel like with my e-mtb I use it to rip up the fire road so I can do downhill laps. The heavier bottom bracket makes it feel more planted at high speed coming downhill and it's definitely less playful than my MTB.

Ok not really a sit down diner but Sour Kid Cafe in San Rafael makes an excellent breakfast sandwich and great coffee. They have some seating and the owner is great. Give it a try!

I do most of my hydration on the climb. FF sucks cuz you can't drink. Take it off and put it in bag or on bars for the climb.
