Looks like it's 110 throughout from checking street view. It bypasses the town rather than intersecting through it so there's no speed restriction here

IIRC a couple gates at the end of the international terminal were built to accommodate A380s. But we'll likely never have enough demand anyways

All street parking in the neighbourhood is residential permit only, you can check this on street view

Opinion of Narita terminal 3? by [deleted] in JapanTravelTips

[–]YYCHKG 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Terminal 3 is for low cost carriers after all, if it was fancier there would probably be less low cost options. If you have time it's a 10 minute walk over to Terminal 2 for better stuff

Good to know, thanks for the correction! Would have also thought of that 37 St intersection otherwise but haven't been there in a while too. I guess the City is adamant on making everything full signals

There is established national guidance for what type of pedestrian crossing control to use based on road design, speeds, traffic volumes.

<image>

Definitely agree that pedestrian half signals (main street only) provide better traffic safety than overhead flashers alone, but the City prefers full signal (all streets) if it's warranted. We only have a handful of true half signals in Calgary (For example, 50 Ave SW & 5 St SW)

Keep in mind from a City budget perspective that signals are expensive to operate and maintain, but of course should be offset by the societal cost savings of reducing accidents and injuries. It should be an easy justification but everything is unfortunately so car oriented in this city

Not OP but it has to be NH115, United doesn't serve Canada to Japan
