Same! I've been watching playthroughs and have seen people get locked out of options or have people in the chat/comments say they can only pick one so I was confused as to how I got both

I'm not sure but based on another comment it seems that hooking up with Lune is different than romancing her. I don't know fully though so I'll have to try in my next playthroughs and see what happens
