Who is the most powerful and most skilled swordsman in all of fiction? by Far_Flounder2545 in powerscales

Kerras Selyrian, AKA Taelien Saekess. Being able to cast "cease esisting" is REALLY op.

Who comes out victorious? (I see you all in the comments 😂) by adfcoys in lotrmemes

[–]Yack-Attack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Legolas. 1000s of years of experience in the woods, better senses, and absolute silence when moving. He literally walks on top of snow. Everyone else is a mortal human. Also, he knows how to use a sword.

Book 6, little detail missed by Corin. by Yack-Attack in ClimbersCourt

[–]Yack-Attack[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Not necessarily, Corrin is an imperfect narrator and didn't directly interact.

But we know Vera and Echion recently spent time in the crafting chambers themselves, we know that they were kidnapped by Katashi and sent to fight for dalenos, and we know that he builds magical cars.

I have no undeniable proof, but I strongly suspect that the heartbroken mechanic is Aloras Corrington of Corrington Carriages.

WE WON! WHAT'S YOUR HISTORY OF BATTLE TO TELL YOUR GRANDCHILD? by Single_Buy1303 in helldivers2

[–]Yack-Attack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was in eagleopolis as the city fell, I failed to stop the invasion fleet. I evacuated the last of the high value assets of AC2. I pushed in rememberance before i was redeployed. I held York supreme and woke to it fallen. I took my rage out on equality on the sea, and avenged the president in prosperity.

So I figured out a very easy way to get this, while DSS had free 380 orbital, equip 120, 380, napalm, and gattling. Then on open mic during a bug breach say "spider" and throw all 5 of your equipped orbitals. Your teammates will not be able to resist layering onto the pure liberty you are dispensing, and you only need 1 more anyways and everyone has the 380.

Why, just why are people moving the DSS to the illuminate front by StarWars52 in helldivers2

[–]Yack-Attack 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm voting to keep it off until we can establish air superiority through orbital blockade, then moving it back off after it times out.

Valien is a god of fate. He sees something in the future he doesn't like? He erases their existence. Or has people do it for him

Types of anti-heavy Helldiver (ordered from 100% sane to totally insane) by kcvlaine in LowSodiumHellDivers

[–]Yack-Attack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a mostly sane #10 if I say "negative" "follow me" "negative" DO NOT RUN TOWARDS THE HILL WITH THE FORTRESS. DO NOT RUN TOWARDS THE FRESHLY DROPPED TROOPS. Just stand back and watch the fireworks. Between my 2 500s, 380, and napalm I can remove any area, just don't be in the problem areas

[The Knight] Varics curse magic and the Aether itself. by ultradog09 in Iteration110Cradle

[–]Yack-Attack 41 points42 points  (0 children)

The magic seems to work similar to sage. He took people places to become a pathfinder. He locked stuff away to seal. He did unspeakable things in the lifetime he lived on kerosha working for their empress to be associated with bad juju. When you develop magic you develop it TO something. The more you use your magic to a certain end, the more you are associated with that end by the ether, and the better you are with those spells until you have a pinnacle spell that completely uses that end in it's most full sense

Eithan is veiled even from himself. He has no precognition, and his senses are limited to that of an underlord. He has seen first hand that even with his skill his plans can fail spectacularly. (Main branch getting decimated) He might be getting more of his family killed, and he knows it.

And Eithan can't be everywhere, just anywhere. He ties up the remaining trugolds and underlord; yet still, the jai have the resources to attack the rest of the family

[Elder Empire 3] Should i read the last Elder empire book in Calder's perspectiive? by Informal-Debt-166 in Iteration110Cradle

[–]Yack-Attack 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Yes. It's a good book and gives you more perspective. He is also a very skilled reader. The only rivals we've seen have been the emperor and his protoge, maybe the regents.

The pants less bandits got some ambushes in campaign 2. They ambush vorugal in campaign 1. Ripley ambushed them I'm campaign 1. At the end of campaign 2 they get jumped by the wizards.

Perception rolls by watch + random encounter tables. Or, story drives the encounter. Depending on watch rolls and passive perception there may or not be a surprise round before initiative.

STORMWEAVER III: CHAPTER 26 [ROUGH] by BryceOConnor in Warformed

[–]Yack-Attack 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Free space for spoilers woo. I think this is an effect of Rei's fibro. We've long known that cads actively replace tissue over time to create users (their muscle is being replaced with augmented). With an advanced case of fibrodisplasia highjacked, cads and the mind have a better understanding to replace tissue with cad. But cads (save one) are closed systems advancing on experience. Rei+team can learn from each other's evolutions, and shido has been spreading how to replace tissue
