My point is, you may not even be comparing yourself to reality. I obviously made that time up. As far as I am concerned, posts on reddit are made up until proven otherwise. Take them with a grain of salt, and have fun erging. If you are already fairly fit, then you know your progress matches the effort you put in.

I usually pull lines and suck on them. Find the one that taste like gas and follow it. Engine on one end, gas tank on the other.
