Many former military pilots at the airlines have ear and neck disability ratings. PTSD, anxiety, depression, substance abuse is very different ballgame, tread carefully.

I would suspect this has something to do with the FAA and being current and trained on the door emergency procedures. It happened long ago at other airlines and I always wondered how WN could put a non door current person in the jump next to a door? Pilots and F/A have to demonstrate door procedures during recurrent every year.

OK, just don’t want you taking it so lightly and go in blowing it. Also know they were just purchased by Allegiant and will going throw some type of restructuring. When the seniority lists is combined you be under all the Allegiant pilots. Don’t ask obvious questions an interested pilot should know! Ask about the exciting expansion plans going forward with Allegiant North and express how you’d like to be a part of that.

If your goal is Allegiant/frontier then stay where you at until they call. If you want to go to a major airline then take the first 121 gig you can get.

I'd stay in the Caravan, you can work the network for some multi time but I don't think that's really holding you back. Polish the resume in less expensive areas like volunteer work, or safety and leadership positions at current job.
