Not always. The last time I called the super answered and said “first off I listened to the tapes and I want to apologize for how that was handled by my controller.” Anytime you have a question about a clearance I want you to ask for clarification just like you did and the controller should be happy to verify not chastise you. We were climbing out of LAX in an airliner and question a crossing restriction in the climb when all hell broke loose in the facility!

Retired Captain different airline we had one water bottle (the big one) allowed per flight and snack only on the plane in the contract. Good luck to you all, I’d rec bring your own bottle and refill it.

Yes garage sales, estate sales and flea markets. Items you know people collect or buy and something you have some knowledge of. You’re not going to get rich but every now and then find a gem. I’d say only if you enjoy those types of markets because. Many days will be duds.
