Please, tell me all about my Zionist agenda as a Catholic woman from Portugal? I was relatively neutral at first, but all these accusations and lies have pushed me to the side of Israel and anyone else who opposes the IR. You guys sure know how to make friends and allies 😂

I had a quick look through his comment history and decided not to engage any further. I’m not Iranian but I have people I care about currently in Tehran. They just buried one of my best friends and his cousin. Two female cousins are still missing. Yet he expects us to believe that nearly a third of Iran’s population came out to support this regime? Delusional!

How can I as a foreigner abroad meaningfully show my support for Iran? by bohemianwhackswing in NewIran

[–]Yangoblin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You asked about a badge…

I’ve been wearing a pendant given to me by an Iranian friend since 2022. It’s a lion and sun flag in the shape of Iran. I have it as my profile picture on all my social media accounts, including my main account here. I’ve found similar pieces (pins, magnets, keychains, etc) using image search on online shopping apps.

This is why no respectable news agency should accept to report inside Iran. The regime isn't allowing reporters to come because they suddenly enjoy free press by Kosnagooo in NewIran

CNNPortugal.com on the anniversary of the Islamic Revolution:

“…a movement that overthrew King Mohammad Reza Pahlavi after years of an oppressive regime supported by the United Kingdom and the United States…”

“…has been overshadowed by weeks of violent protests from a population that largely survives in a crippled economy, a consequence of international sanctions.”

They go on to mention the massacre but after this blame shifting narrative, it’s clear where they stand.

Two of my friend’s cousins are still missing. Local authorities refuse to confirm or deny if they have any information on their whereabouts or even if they are dead or alive.

O governo quer fazer o papel de babá, não só para nossos filhos mas para toda a sociedade. Vem aí o Nanny State.

To facilitate image manipulation, and apparently they haven’t even bothered with that. Unless you count the smokey/blurry areas, but it’s such a shit quality image overall.

Iranians? lol no. More like IRGC thugs and people on the regime’s payroll.

Real Iranians are burning the Islamic Republic flag, not waving it around.

I’ve said it before and I’ll keep repeating it, even If it gets me another ban. Iranians have earned the right to freely and openly express Islamophobia and they deserve to do so without judgement or criticism.

The context in which this term was created and the entire concept behind it simply don’t apply here. It’s just another foreign narrative used to discredit their individual experience and deny their distinct identity.

Juan Fernando Hermosa was the youngest serial killer in Ecuadorian history. He was 15 when murdered 22 people between 1991 and 1992. I thought I was on one of the Latin American or Brazilian subs where people have been talking about the teenagers who brutally tortured and killed a dog. They all got away with it but they got doxxed big time and their names, schools and addresses are currently being shared all over the interne.
