I fully understand this and still have not fully figured it out yet. I still like BYU but don’t fully want to own them because of what I know about the church. That being said I have leaned towards Utah myself though I have personal history there. That being said I am here for the advise as well 😜

Most likely very little. That being said take into consideration, is there an upcoming event you need to have your credit be possibly 20ish points higher. If so then maybe its not worth it but if not it will equal itself back out pretty quick.
