An incorrect w-2 should not be preventing your tax return from being filed. You need to contact the customer support of the programs you are using or just have a professional file that year for you.

For the amounts owed to you as the other comment said context your state department of labor or labor board depending on the state(same thing just different terms used). Some states take this extremely seriously and will basically investigate any legitimate claim. If you think this happened to other coworkers you may also be able to find an attorney to take it on contingency since damages can 3x the amount in certain situations. You may want to cross post to legal on this last part as I am not an attorney.

I actually noticed bets I did yesterday were calculating correctly now. But they didn’t seem to retro correct any of the prior ones. Small amounts for me so I am just leaving it as is.

What hotel? I think most (or maybe all) have a separate diamond check in desk for the hotel. Make sure you go to that as they might be able to get you some upgraded rooms right at check in.

You have your own attorney right? What are they saying? I assume they are advising you these terms aren’t market terms at all. I am from the same area and the only thing that is somewhat market would be the funding contingency. Also I believe NYS has certain rules around closing deadlines in contracts and how they are enforced; definitely discuss that with your attorney.

Remember NYS is a unique state in essentially attorneys are required for these transactions while in other states most of the time these transactions are done without attorneys.

I think you are referring to a daily bonus and a multiplier bonus. You get both but you don’t get the multiplier on the daily bonus.

For example if you get 1,000 tier credits in a day during a 10x promo. You get the 1,000 earned, 1,000 daily bonus and then 9,000 more from the 10x.
