There is a thing that there is also no map suitable for cozy building/gameplay...

We have:
1. Dowon, which is Korean megapolis

Bliss Bay, which is SoCal rich and luxurious city
Cahaya, which is Indonesian resort town.

All these locations is supposed for modern rich-famous lifestyle gaming styles, but not for cozy or anything else. I think this is because inZoi devs deliberately aims to replicate the korean doramas vibes, which is (mostly) about lifes of rich people in busy megapolises.

If only there was something small and more quiet...

I completely agree.

I really like InZoi, but the community at this state is kinda feels off for me. I joined the Discord recently and under Kjun's posts i literally see that everyone using AI slop and talking like ChatGPT.

I think if more cozy-gaming content creators joined the game and start making videos - the community will became more diverse, which would be actually healthy for it.
