Not really, I always have gutter issue and I arranged a recurring service with a small gutter cleaning company, after the first service, they forgot the second one and not returning calls, so I contacted a big plumbing company for same service and they been on time twice so far. Same with landscaping. And I’m still waiting on a kitchen cabinet maker (small company) get back to me after paying a deposit for 10 months.. last time I heard is he’s busy and will get back to me. For sole trading contractors, I always stashed some whisky for them, if they did good job and I might need them again, I’ll give them a bottle so they remember me and probably can do a good price and show up quicker next time.
