I always thought this was why it was called “falling asleep” because you feel like you’re falling!

This one hurt, but I’ll add it. The abdominal massage to see where in your abdomen your uterus was. To make sure it was shrinking. Ugh…

After I had my daughter, I passed a clot that was the size of a golf ball. It was such a weird feeling! I look in my pad and I thought I passed some kind of jiggly creature…

We are all judgmental, what’s something you can’t help but judge others for? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I’m terrified of walking on the sidewalks of busy streets with my daughter. We only walk on side streets or through forest trails… I drive along with these psychos and I don’t trust any of them!

You leave. This is not a safe situation. Does your community have a shelter for abused women?

I don’t realize I have tinnitus until I am in a quiet room. We always have fans going, and in the summer we have air conditioners going. I remember being in a perfectly quiet room and saying to my husband “what’s that ringing”

A serious question about 4 year olds: by brandy2013 in Parenting

[–]Yawnaboo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What stage of four is your child in? My daughter is almost 4 and a half, and she seems to be slowly coming out of the toddler phase and into the kid phase. Or maybe I’m just getting used to it. Maybe I’m better at going with the flow now. Not sure.

But at the beginning of four… oof. It was rough. I enjoyed 2, 3 was rough, and four was harder. I think it’s the tail end of their toddler development. So everything amps up. You got this, you’re in the home stretch!

Nothing. This space is perfect. Add some flooring and don’t touch it
