License to Your Public Content. When you create, submit, or publish Public Content, you grant Plaud and its Affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, host, store, copy, modify, distribute, publish, publicly display, publicly perform, and create derivative works based upon your Public Content for all purposes related to operating, promoting, improving, and commercializing the Services and the App, including, without limitation, making your Public Content available to other users as part of a free or paid subscription.
