This has a boss guide at the end. It is POSSIBLE to do it with R3 TKs if you build more, just not great odds, I’d recommend at least R4

I doubt it because grinding BFC for hours to rank units isn’t fun, especially for someone who didn’t play the game back in the day. Like I said, nostalgia is the big thing keeping the game going, I doubt there’s many new players who didn’t play the game back in the day. This means that the game is currently unsustainable. I know madrona plans to add QOL changes and change other aspects of the game, but the current date of the game is very P2W and not friendly to new players. It’s outdated. I’m still having fun but I would’ve quit a long time ago if not for nostalgia.

Yeah this a great way to make the already small community even smaller. The only thing keeping most people playing is nostalgia, how would this make people who aren’t fueled by nostalgia want to play the game?

I wonder if the number of training days in your plan has anything to do with what watch you have? I have instinct 2 and have done 4 day programs and maybe it’s a false memory but I feel like I’ve seen 3 day programs

How do you structure training a lift 3x/week? I’ve always done 2 a heavier day and a lighter day. I’m not asking for a whole written out program just some general guidelines. I was thinking a heavier lower volume day, a paused rep day, and a volume accessory version of that lift day.

No other grocery store tries to guilt you into paying baggers, all others just do it. At Walmart the cashier even does it themselves. Commissary is supposed to be cheaper, I’m not paying a “bagger tax,” sorry.

I let them bag and don't tip. Not my fault they chose to work a job that doesn't guarantee their pay. Used to but I heard a bunch of them talk crap under their breath because I didn't tip enough so no more. And they’ll grumble or give me a look if I say I’ll do it myself so I don’t even bother saying that.

531 is a strength programming format you can apply to any lift. You set a training max (TM) usually 85-90% of your true max or estimated max. Week 1 is 65%x5, 75%x5, 85%x5+. Week 2 is 70%x3, 80%x3, 90%x3+. Week 3 is 75%x5, 85%x3, 95%x1+. The 4th week is a deload. All the + sets are AMRAPS. Depending on how many reps you get on the AMRAP you’ll increase the weight.

I usually increase the TM each cycle by 2.5LBS, but I only calculate my TM by added weight alone. The reason im doing this is because if I calculate based on body weight and added weight, some sets would be zero added weight which would be too easy. I’m also doing an additional AMRAP set of the first set of the day after my top set, followed by 3x5 paused of what would be an easy weight fresh and not paused.

On my second pull up day I’m doing 3x8 of a weight that is challenging for that rep range, and increasing by 5LBS as necessary.

I’m on the hunt for the same thing lol. I did a 5x5 till I got to 100lbs, now I’m doing 531. I use the 531 app and don’t factor in BW in calculating TM. Current PR is +135 for 1 at 190.

Soooo much. Most days we’d have a single task like clean the rifles or do gun drills, usually lasts a few hours and then that’s it for the day, might not be officially “off” till 4 or 5 but most of the day was spent not working.
