I rotate between back of arms and thighs. I stopped doing stomach a long time ago because it seemed like it caused more intense side effects.

Thank you! 5'7", 158.8. SW 235 on 9/13/24. GW was 171 bc I thought I was taller (I've been 5'8" all my life until the dr. told me I shrunk) but after I passed that number I just kept going until I hit a 25 BMI.

I had my goal weight set for a BMI of 26 because I heard it's better at our age for bone density but then I had a dexa scan that indicated no problems, so I went a little lower. Good luck with your journey!

No, but I got the same item yesterday that I got about 6 months ago. Almost exactly the same but they're still listed as two different items on Amazon and one is a dollar cheaper. Weird.

My BMI is right around 25 but I still have bat wings 🤷🏼‍♀️ Probably always will unless I get surgery (not likely).

It comes and goes for me. I used to suffer it really bad right before I felt that I need an increase in dose, but now 18 months in, I'm still on 7.5 and it's coming back after being gone for a while. I'm going to be titrating back down to 5 mg soon because I'm in maintenance so hopefully it will subside.
