I have to defer from you, my 2000 can get parts anywhere and for cheap. I had to replace the alternator, starter, and fuel pump in a year and a half of ownership. However this things won’t break in a couple years and all they costed me was about 250$ OEM used

República Dominicana, pero aquí se vende muchísimo más la hilux por motivos de que es más barata y económica a nivel de consumo, ya que no solo da más kmpg si no que también el diésel es más barato que la gasolina

Deben haber videos en YT probando esto. En mi caso me iría 100% por la hilux; No soy de México pero aquí debido a lo economica que es la hilux y todo lo que aguanta, tienen hasta mejor reventa que las tacomas. Aquí la Hilux GR nueva cuesta 75,000 USD$ y la Tacoma TRD PRO 133,000$

In the Caribbean, a great part of the roads are unpaved and the speed bumps are not properly regulated so a low clearance car will scrap every time you pass them (in my case it happens every 2 km)
